Manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of company projects
Evaluate suitability of third-party suppliers / vendors
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and to required quality
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource (people, materials, time, budget, etc.)availability and allocation by coordinating activities with all stakeholders
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Serve as the main point of escalation for Production issues
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Ensure creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
Work with Finance to ensure proper accounting, costing and billing for project related activities
Report to the respective general manager regarding all repairs and maintenance carried out
Ensure annual audits done on stock in field
Attend to requests / complaints received from the public
Coordinate placement or replacement of new stock in the field in terms of HQ guidelines
Manage Coordinator with month end functions, i.e., Stock schedules, invoicing, and monthly reports.
Manage Stock Control and Administration
Performs other duties as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate, preferably with Diploma in engineering background.
5-10 years proven working experience in project management in engineering, construction or fabrication
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficient in Myanmar with English a bonus
Proven experience managing and building a team
Able to work under the pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
