  • Explain all herbal products to internal and external customers.
  • To develop market competition and continuously follow up
  • Manage all communication with internal departments to facilitate all operation processes.
  • Find new prospective customers and attract them to deal
  • Maintain a good relationship with the customer
  • Monitor competitor’s information and market situation
  • Establish and Maintain business objectives, strategy, and plans
  • Monitor and feedback on his/her team’s sales achievement
  • Monitoring delivery of products to customers
  • Take implementation and monitor social media marketing
  • Make action for customer complaints and satisfaction
  • Monitor and communicate with third parties for operational  tools and evaluate their performance
  • To manage & control budget.
  • Review and feedback on the subordinate report
  • To implement other ad-hoc jobs assigned by management.

  • Must have experience using Odoo software
  • Must have medical knowledge and experience

  • Understanding good customer relationship management
