Job Description
At Myanmar Ray, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities.

Objectives of this Role
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
• Train, assign, schedule, coach and discipline employees
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Provide inspired leadership for the team member.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Assist Operations Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent in English speaking & Writing
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Age above 30
• 2+ years’ proven experience in supervisory/management position (Real Estate background is a PLUS!)
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Working Hours & Office Location
6 days/week (9am-5:30pm)
1 day off during weekday
Double pay on Public Holidays
