• Ensure by monitoring, inducting and advising to Junior Engineers and OSP Operation Teams

• Supervise OSP site field activities (Surveys, ROW, Aerial and Duct Cable Implementation, Acceptance, Progress Reporting)

• Following up the time schedules and checking if the work on site is executed according to weekly rollout plan

• Ensure OSP site implementation quality is according to agreed specifications

• Providing regular site status reports (progress, quality, health and safety, etc.) to regional project management

• Check and confirm site related project documentation for every site Creation of standard OSP project templates use and assist regional OSP teams to align and imposed standards;

• Reporting of all the issues on site to regional and OSP manager and providing recommendation on solving them

• Support creation of OSP Acceptance processes and documentation;

• Communicate and support to Rollout Team and Operation team

• Preparation on Quality Assurance

• Preparation for Health and Safety control on the sites

• Certificate degree in a technical university (preferred)

• Supervising the OSP rollout work performed by regional OSP teams covering civil works, cable implementation, commissioning, integration and acceptance

• Site operation teams management in network rollout projects

• Project low level planning and reporting

• Managing Health and Safety concept

• Project Management Tools Quality check incl. inspection

• Strong communication skills

• Technical knowledge of OSP cable route design

• Technical knowledge of OFC splicing and testing equipment experience is preferred

• Educational background on construction works and/or electrical engineering

• Field teams management skills

• Thorough skills in using of essential SW Applications as MS Office

• Fluent written and spoken English is a must
