• Analyzing and targeting the company’s learning needs, company’s goals and charting plans to execute these goals fully
• Communicating the topics effectively by properly understanding the needs of the audience and also targeting the sessions to meet their education level and skill.
• To deliver outbound trainings per training plan times to achieve training objectives.
• The Trainer has an authority in training class control & outdoor activities.

• Preparation of Power Points presentation & training equipment set up
• Provide Hard skill & Soft Skills Training
• Modified/ revised training modules (if needed) for improvement
• Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers
• Ability to execute training tasks/ assignment on short notice
• Manage & motivate trainees team to participate actively in outdoor activities
• Monitoring trainees, giving feedback, preparing reports and report to management on areas of improvement.
• Deliver the required volume of effective coaching during training period
• Developing pre-test & post test questions for related training module as necessary.
• Develops and updates training modules for each outbound training program
• Training improvement to the required standard.
• Evaluates the training materials, updates and improves all training materials, aids and facilities as per new requirement.
• Review Trainees’ activities of pre-test and post-test.
• Identify training needs and prepare of Training Materials, Aids & Facilities.
• Prepares and submits required reports and feedback to superior
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor, department head.
