A Great Opportunity for ...

- Conduct training sessions for respective chapters of agent training and make sure to improve the exam pass rate.
-    Research and analyze existing training material and makes recommendations for improvements by collecting feedback from trainees.
-   Review the question bank and update questions as necessary to improve the effectiveness.
-    Support in filing the necessary documents regarding agent training.
-    Provide guidance to team member to perform ad hoc tasks as required within the department.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any graduate. (Dip in HRM)
- Age between 23 to 27 years old.
- At least 2 years experience in the training field is preferable.
- Proficiency in presentation skills
- Excellent in Microsoft office & able to use classroom training apps.
- Good command of English.
- Passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
