Responsibilities

Warranty/After-sales/ Logistics

 Ensure the parts warehouse is clean and tidy at all times with all the required safety standards: ventilation, dangerous goods
 Conduct thorough and regular physical check count
 Maintaining parts bins and shelves in an orderly fashion
 File Parts Department copies of invoices and purchase orders daily
 Assist customers in the selection and purchase of required parts
 Co-ordinate and follow up with related departments to ensure that quotations, PO and price list as up to date and delivered to customer within the commitment date.
 Prepare all concerned documents according to Company’s internal process.
 Co-ordinate with overseas suppliers within the scope of shipment inward-outward movements.
 Prepare and process all documents related to parts quotation, pricing, purchasing.
 Update weekly & monthly reports for Management.
 Notify purchased parts shipment arrival and departure.
 Actively strive for best practices in customer satisfaction and support with regular updates to management
 Provide appropriate recommendations for achieving highest level of customer satisfaction.
 Other assignments as per superior’s requests for parts related business


Marketing

 Support marketing administration activities when requested.

Travel Requirements

o Travels may occasionally be required either in Myanmar and abroad
o The employee should at all times and at his/her own costs hold a valid passport

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
.
1. Educated to bachelor degree level in Business/commerce, accounting or logistics

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:

2. Organizational skills, able to work under pressure, attention to details, high sense of responsibility
3. A minimum of 3 years of warranty administration and or logistics experience.
4. A track record in successfully meeting logistical and warranty administration deliverables.
5. Myanmar National
6. Excellent English (written and spoken)
7. Fully conversant with Microsoft suite of products and fully computer literate.

DESIRABLE:

8. Experience working for/with multinational company or OEM supplier.
