An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. To provide administrative services to the Chairman including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence and prioritizing emails for the Chairman;
  2. To work closely with the Chairman and senior management through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the Chairman;
  3. To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced and prepared for the Chairman in a timely and accurate manner;
  4. To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and any other relevant meetings;
  5. To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman;
  6. To produce reports for the Chairman as and when required; and
  7. To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role;
  2. Proficient in MS Words and PowerPoint;
  3. Good understanding in office management and basic business processes;
  4. Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques;
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  6. Pleasant personality, outstanding communication and negotiation abilities;
  7. Integrity and confidentiality;
  8. Ability to speak in Myanmar, English and Mandarin are preferred;   
  9. Ability to travel on business trips; and
  10. Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant qualifications from recognised local or foreign universities.
