VDB Loi is a leading pan-Southeast Asian law and tax advisory firm with offices in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam and representatives in Singapore and Tokyo. The firm presently comprises 8 partners and over 100 lawyers and advisors.

VDB Loi is currently seeking a personal assistant to join its rapidly expanding and dynamic tax and legal firm in Myanmar: www.vdb-loi.com

The position is based in the Myanmar office.

Responsibilities
Managing the appointment schedule for Partners.
Arranging meetings
Typing communications and other documentations
Arranging and organizing practical filling of documents (electronic and hard copy)
Assisting in prioritization of the workload of Partners
Translation of emails and communication for partners from English to Burmese and Burmese to English
Assisting in formatting of letters
Assisting in the formatting of PowerPoint presentations
Arranging all travel, accommodation and visas for international employees
Booking travel
HR administration including maintaining employee files, leave forms, liaising with HR in Cambodia re advertising of local positions
Assisting with relocation of international employees
Reception duties as needed including room booking.
Other administrative tasks, as directed
Salary 200 - 250 USD per month

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

A degree in any discipline, preferably with an English major or an overseas qualification
Fluent spoken and written English
Sound comprehension skills
Ability to work to deadline
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Overseas experience would be an advantage
Some experience in an office environment is desirable but not essential.
