* Oversee Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Mitigate Distribution Costs

* Lead the team in managing change control over a dynamic product offering

* Direct Operational Efforts for New Product and Market Launches

* Oversee Production, Supply Chain and Materials Management & Planning Activities including Supply Planning and Inventory Management

* Perform Strategic Assessment of Company and Customer Freight Carriers, Costs, and Load and Lanes Optimization

* Align freight management and transportation with customer requirements to ensure high service levels and cost minimization

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* Bachelor's Degree Preferred

* Display abilities through experience and certifications; MBA or advanced degree a plus

* English (4 Skills)

* Using Internet/Email

* Microsoft Word, Excel

* 3-5 years Material and Production Planning Experience

* Intimately familiar with the international shipping and dosmetic freight distribution
