  • Tracking of product cost savings for progressive reporting and analysis
  • Conduct on site visit to suppliers
  •  Maintain good relationship with suppliers and ensure product stability
  •  Source new products and identify and qualify potential new suppliers to make cost effective
  •  Analise market trends and conditions for pricing, availability and lead time
  •  Maintain all records needed for accounting
  •  Calculate costing for tendered menu project
  •  Be able to multi task and remain focused
  • Able to work on weekends and/Or Holidays when necessary
  •  Any other Ad-Hoc task assigned

  • Must have 2 years experience in procurement & purchasing  of F&B industry.
  • English language is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting .
  • Excellence negotiation on pricing and stock management,
  • Can starts immediately.
