Responsibilities:

• Take responsible all assigned purchase items to meet on time operation requirement according to the approved policies set by the company.
• Take responsible all assigned construction & facility services job to finish on time with operation requirements according to the user job scopes.
• Make sure to purchase materials from the original & direct suppliers in local and overseas and much as we can to get the right specification with competitive.
• Analyze all suppliers' performance very often in terms of price, quality, service in order to manage them well. Also have to develop new suppliers as alternative.
• Follow up the material status in advance with suppliers to discuss well users at weekly meetings.
• Arrange service contract as per user requirements (pest control service, aircon regular maintenance, etc.)
• Reassign some jobs and train to improve skill to subordinate.
• Take Responsibility for the assigned transporter and make contract for MBL’s product transportation to all MBL’s warehouse and distributors.
• Make a contract for MBL Warehouse and Sale Office rental.

Primary Requirements:

• Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering.
• Procurement experience in manufacturing filed with ERP system, Vendor evaluation.
• Conduct the process of RFQ and negotiation including best price, delivery schedule and payment term.
• Knowledge of import rules and regulations, incoterms. Can manage in time payment.
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in relative filed.
• Verbal and writing skill of both English and Myanmar Language.

More Prefer:

• Knowledge and skill with Internet, data processing, spreadsheet, word processing, power point and common software.
• Good knowledge in negotiation/communication skills to handle local/oversea supplier. Need ISO knowledge.
