  • Conduct supplier analysis based on price/quality positioning.
  • Guide and provide procurement/sourcing related strategic and operational support and guidance to the organization.
  • Lead, coach, mentor and train the procurement team for smooth and efficient operation of the procurement function.
  • Drive and implement all activities, projects, negotiations and initiatives.
  • Prepare the budget for the cost of production and will be responsible to deliver the budget amount.
  • Finalize contract negotiations with Vendors and cooperate/ follow up monthly Procurement Plan.
  • Work with cross-functional team to lead a new project, new SKU development etc.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven work experience as a Procurement or Sourcing Manager within structured MNC or any reputed organizational environment.
  • Must have minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with contract management, saving trackers, sourcing and vendor management and/or relevant software.
  • Must know about Myanmar Process of importation.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
