Source IT equipment and products (Internet/ firewall/ DNS/ proxy/ web/ router/ IP networking/ CDR/ Hadoop etc.)
Can manage O&M service, software development, design development and test.
Identify and realize cost saving initiatives, price negotiation and make target price for Hardware/ software/ development/ O&M
Support end-to-end sourcing processes within each category
Establish measures to assess progress and periodic reporting against plans
Understand supply market, conduct and negotiate with local/ foreign vendors

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Related bachelor degree or post graduate of science group university (preferred)
Must have more than 3 years of experience
Strong communication competition, self-management and can work overtime
Knowledge in SAP system and RFP for new system
Good command in English
