Product Development Department is planning new products to contribute to company’s sales growth. Practical process is as below. 

  • Analyzing competitors’ strategy and performance in product perspective 
  • Considering product strategy, planning outline/detail of new products
  • Preparing submitting document and seeking approval of regulator
  • Promoting the preparation for launch of new products by managing related departments’ progress
  • Hosting the Product development committee (preparation of PPT, explanation, making minutes)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Research & Development field. 
  • Preferable who came from financial industries like banking, microfinance, fintech or any other related field. 
  • Age: Preferably below 35 years of age
  • Should Speak/Read/Write English fluently 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
