• Analyze the market to develop products related with crops and customers, include determining pricing, product launch plan, schedule visits and promotion system to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Provide technical support to introduce and promote our products and ensure proper customers usage, and creating additional value to customers.
• Lead in crop protection market intelligence by collection and analysis of market trends and general crop protection products’ information.
• Leads in increasing our market reach while improving the awareness and attractiveness of brand in agriculture.
• Develop and implement the digital market approach strategy for Myanmar within the company as well as in the customer’s sales organizations (tools, social media, online/offline, apps, websites, etc.) according to the guidelines and plans.

Education
- University degree / Bachelor of Agriculture / Marketing specialization

Working Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a crop protection related field (sales of marketing) in Myanmar.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation of sales tools (planning, CRM, monitoring), demand generation activities and digital tools and methods.

Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Fluent in English and Burmese.
- Knowledge of Website and Social media structures.
- Network in Agriculture sales environment or easy to acquire one.
- Knowledge of (digital) content creation and deployment.
- Project management and project planning
