Product Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives, aligning them with the company's goals and customer needs.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to gather and document detailed product requirements.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is always up to-date, well-defined, and aligned with the product strategy.
User Stories: Define and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to guide the development team.
Continuous Feedback: Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and clarifications throughout the development process.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product meets high-quality standards by participating in testing and validation activities.
Release Planning: Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.
Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through customer feedback, market research, and data analysis.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, Computer or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
