Citizens Pay is looking for an Associate Product Owner to join our dynamic Product team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting Product Managers in the execution of product strategies and the lifecycle management of company products. By working closely with our product Managers, UIUX, Vendors, developers and PMO teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality product features that meet customer needs and business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for Fintech innovation.

• Support and participate in the product planning process to understand customer needs and Business requirements.
• Assist in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to post-launch support by understanding the market landscape and business opportunities. 
• Work directly with developers and testers to define features and technical user stories & collaborate with UI/UX designers, business, technology, and operation to ensure timely delivery of products features.
• Able to assist and contribute to create BRD, PRD, User stories/guide and Test cases with internal stakeholder and with Vendors to assess feasibility and ensure successful product launches.
• Must have a customer first mindset.
• Keep track of industry trends.
• Able to assist in maintaining Product Backlogs.  
• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Frequent Travel will be needed in order to give products training to Citizens Pay Agents, Partners, and Merchants.

• 1+ years of experience as an Associate/junior Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be familiar with UAT, Pre-Production and Production Testing environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in the Fintech industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
