- Supervise and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space and labour force to attain plant production objectives.
- Ensure achievement of management and manufacturing objective through the proper selection, development, training and motivation of subordinates.
- Continuously plan to improve work environment, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization and critically review and monitor operating results.
- Maintain production schedules/plans to ensure start time and end time and supervise the production operations in the lines.
- Ensure production quality at each process and safety standards are complied with. Take fast / immediate action for deviated process.
- Provide timely production and other performance indices report to the supervisor, as required.
- Liaise with Quality Control, Maintenance and others department on a need basis to ensure production goals are achieved.
- Control and instill worker’s discipline to ensure company’s rules and regulations must be complied to.
- Assist on translation from English to Myanmar and email writing related with production issues.

* 5+ years supervisor experience in Manufacturing field
