To oversee our production operations and manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process of operation.
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Supervises coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, weighing, and bagging fertilizer materials.
Directs workers in receiving and storing other ingredients.
Directs workers in bagging weighing finished product.
Check production output according to specifications.
Submit reports on performance and progress.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Performs other duties as described under supervisor any industry master title.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
