  1. The Project Coordinator will be expected to perform the following tasks as part of their responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas and engagements
    2. Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.
    3. Ensure project are complete on time and within scope specified
    4. Monitoring and maintaining business GPS system up-to-date on OpenERP system and arranging its installation process
    5. Coordinating Taxation process of new vehicle registration procedure.
    6. Take ownership of vehicle ownership booklet and other related documentation
    7. Assist in Logistic (import or export) process of vehicles and parts.
    8. Assist in compliance of Legal and Regulation requirement within the industry.
