A coordinator who can assist and support in communicating with internal business units, prepare and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, SOP, Financial and commercial documents, project management documents and fill in some project management tasks under project manager’s guidance.

  • Communicate with internal business units and facilitate arranging meetings, preparing meeting minutes and maintaining project documents.
  • Prepare and maintain SOP, financial, commercial documents and other office administrative support as needed.
  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate with relevant teams as necessary.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are in place. 
  • Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar 
  • Competency in Microsoft Applications such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
  • Experience and knowledge in project management conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.
  • Ability to work as part of a project team 
  • Experience in Financial Industry (preferred)
