A Big Opportunity for ...

• Define service goal and set up direction for O&M and Network Optimization organization
• Lead the O&M and Network Optimization organization, including both administrative and technical operations, to provide services to customer
• Prepare budgeting, control the cost and manage the finance operation
• Manage the day-to-day O&M and Network Optimization operations, review the O&M and Network Optimization reports and take immediate action for any of abnormal issues
• Ensure and guarantee the services fulfill Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator), and take action for continuous improvement
• Handle Managed Service contract related issue, contact and meet customer regularly, understand customer's needs, improve the service quality and provide resolution for customer raised issue
• Discuss with customer for new service requirement, seek for new service and sales opportunity and provide service proposal for fulfilling customer's needs
• Seek for global Managed Services resource supporting O&M and Network Optimization project

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. 5+ years telecommunication work experience;
2. Higher Education in Radio Communication or Electrical Technique or Telecommunication;
3. Knowledge of communication industry, especially in MS field.
4. Experience in large projects for MS management of MPT/Ooredoo/Mytel and negotiation with external customers;
5. Knowledge of operation and maintenance system of Huawei/Nokia
6. Intermediate level of English (communicate + writing ).
