Job Experience & skill required
* More than 10 years of extensive experience in end to end project management such as Transformation, Implementation, and Development projects of Core Banking Systems in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
* Experience in post-implementation support to ensure and establish the stable running of the new Core Banking Platform, Channels, and Integrations.
* Proficient knowledge in the development of detailed project plan including the Technical Solution Architecture (TSA)
* Experience in managing and directing all necessary End-User training, Data Migration, Cut-over, and go-live activities to transit the Project into Production.
* Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation, and data governance.
* Detailed understanding of banking products and processes across areas such as Deposits, Loans, Mortgages, TF, Treasury, Internet/Mobile banking channels.
* Experience in the Temenos Core Banking Platform.
* Familiarity with project management tools and processes, PMI or PMP certification will be an advantage.
* Open for both locals, repatriates, and expatriates.
