About you

 Professional education in finance or equivalent experience/knowledge
 Minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing people and teams.
 Understanding of Micro Finance Operations and/or Banking.
 Good communication skills in English and Myanmar.
 Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
