PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• Participate to manage, develop, and maintain the HEINEKEN Myanmar Assets with safety-first culture
• Ensure design, build and commissioning of projects, on time and within budget

RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead projects in a safe manner
• Lead projects to results with the required quality
• Lead projects according to timeline
• Support projects within the budget
• Close alignment and collaboration with multiple Stakeholders
• Lead projects by developing an accurate plan, defining clear scope and allocating sufficient resources to achieve specific goals
• Proper master data handover during project execution and –handover to maintenance after project completion
• Proper document handover to maintenance
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly project progress report

Health & Safety

• Lead Safety first culture and maintain a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors according to the applicable Statutory, Heineken and local regulations, policies and procedures

Additional duties

• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

To ensure compliance of Operational Standards/ System of Company

• Follow rules, requirements and procedure of Heineken Project systems
• Participate in System/Standard upgrading and new Standard/ System implementation

Qualiftications & Experiences

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronic)
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity

• Project coordination skill
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Time management

Language

• Burmese /Myanmar Language and English
