Plan, execute, review and control IT Development, Implementation, Operation and Maintenance Projects
Create, manage and track project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements using these documents:

Project Schedules
Detail Project plans
Project scope statements
Cost estimates
Resource plans
Risk and issues logs
Status reports

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project (Scope, Schedule, Resource, Quality and Cost)
Review deliverable prepared by team before passing to customer
Identify, resolve and/or escalate issues and incidents to relate parties in a timely fashion
Communicate with business partners, suppliers, customers and internal organizations to achieve project objectives
Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepend customer relationship continuously
Work on creating and maintaining highly motivated, positive, efficient and productive project team continuously
Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, objectives and processes
Provide input into strategic planning and asset creation processes
Coach and train project team members on business domain, software development processes and best practices as necessary

Degree Holder, preferably Software Engineering, IT or related degree
Minimum of 4 years of management/leadership experience in a software development organization required with a record of successful delivery of IT Projects as an individual/team leader.
Skills and working experiences in
Have experience and skill in managing IT Projects and Teams according to PMBOK Practices and Processes
Have experience and skill in Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps Models
Have experience and skill in IT Operation and Maintenance Management
Have experience and skill in using Project Management Tools
Must be able to work in Public Sector, Private Sector and Foreign Projects without preferences
Must be able to travel to and work at customer project sites locally and internationally if necessary (typical assignment period - 6 months)
Must be able to prepare, organize, communicate and present project proposals, project plans, project status and risk effectively
Must be self-motivated, organized and actions-and-results oriented
Must be able to identify, resolve, escalate and mitigate project risks and issues effectively
Must be able to successfully work under tight project deadlines and pressure
Must be a team-player and leader who can organize and lead the project teams effectively
English language proficiency
Decent Personality, Team spirit, Strong Work Ethics and Motivation
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skill to solve and troubleshoot challenging problems
