Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from concept to completion.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource plans to ensure efficiency and cost control.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure all engineering, procurement, and construction activities comply with quality, safety, and contractual standards.

Conduct regular progress meetings, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on project status.

Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and material submittals in coordination with design and engineering teams.

Manage change orders, claims, and contract variations effectively to protect project profitability.

Oversee project close-out, including documentation, final inspections, and handover to the client.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.

7–10 years of project management experience in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.

Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera (P6), or similar project management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.

Solid understanding of contract administration, procurement, and quality/safety standards.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
