An Exciting Opportunity for ...

    • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the hospital project
    • Negotiate contracts with external vendors  to reach profitable agreements
    • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
    • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with   
    • attention to budgetary limitations
    • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
    • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
    • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
    • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
    • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
    • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
    • Electrical Communication
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
    • Lead the internal team and deal with the stakeholders
    • Plan and develop the Project Idea
    • Take on the lead role to address any issues that arise
    • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and report to management
    • Familar with technical solutions included in hospital construction
    • Develop and follow appropriate processes and procedures for projects after collaboration with team members.
    • Manage the entire projects' end to end process related to Civil Works (or) Electrical  Power(or) Electrical Communication

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

    • Must have 3 years experiences as Project Manager.
    • Must have experiences in construction company.
    • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or) Electrical Power (or) Electrical Communication
    • Prefer Medicine or any medical related degree
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • A team player with leadership abilities
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
    • Master degree is more preferable
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) holder is more preferable
    • Good Presentation skills , Good Negotiation skills
    • Able to balance technical solutions with business and interpersonal factors.
    • Actively build for vendor management.
