Able to do entire project management, estimate the project cost and take good care of project quality management
Informing to and coordinating with other managers and CEO for significant support to the company
Collaborating with Group offices such as HQ in Japan and APAC Region
Able to support/ give ideas for learning & development plan coordinating with HR Manager and other line managers.
To take responsibility for project members performance appraisal.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

At least 8 yrs' experience in System Development
At least 5 yrs' experience of project management is preferable
System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/ CSS, JSP, SQL, etc)
Project Management Experience of schedule, quality control, progress and issues management
Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill
Large sized project or multiple medium sized projects
Good command of English.
