1. Manage and lead the team of Brand Promoter to be sure that they are effectively managed and are able to lead their execution KPIs based on company vision & mission, requirements, and goals.
2. Focus and motivate Brand Promoter team to deliver results
3. Track daily performance of the team and focus on closing the gap
4. Evaluate and analyze existing and potential coverage by BP organization
5. Builds effective relationship with the outlets and sales team
6. Acts as a role model to the Brand Promoter team and always approachable
7. Field coach and development
8. Recruitment of Brand Promoters based on the company needs.
9. Review and confirm sales achievement for their direct reports and their teams

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any Bachelor Degree or related Diploma/ Certificates
• Related Working Experience in managing of Brand Promoter teams and Job Knowledge of sales & marketing area in FMCG field
• Must have good analytical, reporting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good presentation skills, communication skill
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Driving license is more preferred
• Proficiency in Computer skill and English skill is more preferred
• Able to travel if necessary
• Good at Planning and Time Management
• Never-Give up and Positive attitude
