  1. ဆေးကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအတွက် Purchases plan ရေးဆွဲတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  2. Supplier များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်၍ Quotation,Price negotiation လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
  3. ဆေးဝါးအရည်အသွေး၊ Expiry date,Registation (FDA/MOHS) စစ်ဆေးပြီး အတိအကျမှာယူရန်
  4. Stock Balance စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး အချိန်မှီ Order စီစဥ်ရန်
  5. Inventory Team နှင့်ပူးပေါင်းပြီး Data မှန်ကန်အောင်စီစဥ်ရန်
  6. Purchase Record,Invoice,Good Receive Note,Payment Request စသည်တို့ကို စာရွက်စာတမ်းအတိတကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
  7. Supplier Performance (on-time Delivery,Product quality)အစီစဥ်ခံစာ ပြုလုပ်ရန်
  8. တရားဝင် စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများ/ MOHS Guideline များအတိုင်း ဆေးဝယ်ယူခြင်း ပြုလုပ်ရန်

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree(Science/Pharmacy Background ဦးစားပေးမည်)
  • Pharmacy,Hospital,Medical Store တို့တွင် Purchasing အတွေ့ကြုံရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Supplier Network များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Inventory Management Software/MS Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Negotiation,Communication & Documentation skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Detail-Oriented,accuracy နှင့် သင့်လျော်သော Decision making လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
