Develop processes for quality inspection during production.
Maintain documentation accurately from raw material mixing to finished goods, and prepare necessary formats when required.
Provide on-the-job training for new staff and lead the QA/QC team effectively.
Proficiently operate and maintain quality inspection equipment and machinery.
Implement and draft quality control procedures, guidelines, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and present daily and monthly quality reports for discussion.
