• Analysis the quality of incoming materials.
• Inform the new specification to related departments.
• Issue the Notice of corrective action if inspection fail, and inform to related department which is continue to vendor complaint.
• Create the testing methods according to components specification or nature for each incoming material.
• Created facilities to inspect the incoming materials.
• Inspect the incoming materials according to departmental procedures.
• Register the inspected items and then mark as acceptance on it if passed and transfer to warehouse department.
• Report the reject items for quality error to senior staff.
• Monitor the calibration process for test instruments and calibration due date status also.
• Maintain all IQC controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
