  1. Coordinate in respective departments and prepare for implementation of GMP and HACCP standard and procedure.
  2. Document preparation, internal audits and other quality assurance activities on time.
  3. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  4. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
  5. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of receiving goods and products to ensure food safety.
  6. Daily floor walk inspection in and around store
  7. Follow the sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
  8. To support the Manager for other regulatory requirement related with government authorities and agencies.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in quality inspection and implementation of GMP and HACCP.
  2. Preferred BE (Chemical), B.Sc/ M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Sc/ M.Sc (Industry Chemistry) graduate.
  3. Have a knowledge of 5S &  training related with quality system
  4. Experienced in Food Processing and Manufacturing field is preferable
  5. Good English communication, written skills and computer literary are required.
