1. To liaise with client’s representative on site to ensure all testing and inspection requirements are fulfilled and complete, work quality is achieved in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
2. To ensure all QC Inspection and testing are completed and compiled for submission to client with regards to completed work quality in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
3. To liaise with construction team to ensure the quality by supervising the required Civil laboratory testing on the materials/supplies/services by sub-contractors to meet the specified client’s requirement as per the contract.
4. Coordinate the site inspection/laboratory testing.
5. Ensure QC Inspection and test reports are produced and stored by the QC Document Controller/Supervisor.
6. Assess subcontractor/supplier for conducting the required Quality control inspection and testing for compliance with the contract requirements.
7. Conduct regular QC check to avoid backlog, and submit the report regularly to QA/QC department.
8. Regularly coordinate to QA Manager regarding on various inspection and testing requirements and parameters.
9. Client’s approval on inspection and test report completed for each work phase.
10. Delay in project completion, i.e. payment, issuance of certificate of completion.

1. Diploma in Engineering with experienced as materials engineer for supervising civil laboratory testing and QC Civil site inspection.
2. Must have minimum 3 years experience in related field.
3. Relevant working experience in the civil laboratory on construction industry.
4. High level of Proficiency in Business level English(TOEIC Score 600+)
5. Problem-solving skills

8. Computer literate- MS Excel & MS Word
