- Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation.
- Implements quality control procedures and plans for providing more efficient construction work.
- Reviews and approves the sub-contractors' quality documentation, and implements audits as well.
- Checking the concrete mix design, including aggregate and cement sampling and testing.
- Checking Asphalt mix design, including aggregate and cement sampling and testing, also transportation and laying specification requirements.
- Checking alignment setting out with level survey, soil sampling and testing checks in formation, general fill, sub base and road base materials.
- Reinforcing safety policies and commitment to safety to the Contractor at all times.
- Provide input to company progress reporting systems as required.
- Monitoring daily field construction operations to ensure compliance with approved project/s Design Drawings and approved Project/s Quality Plans.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- B.E (Civil)

- Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC.

- At least 5 years of experience in managing level and related field.

- Excellent record of compliance with quality work standards.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure as well as multitasking.

- Excellent people management and leadership skills,

- Strong commercial awareness.

- Fluent in English 4 skills.
