- Assist Project Engineer on preparation project cost plan
- Prepare project tender documentation and all related process
- Coordinate with relevant parties during the planning stage
- Coordinate with relevant parties including contractors during the construction stage in cost related issue
- Preparing project final account
- Follow up and ensure the project budget is maintained
- Assist Project Engineer on any issue as requested

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- BE(Civil)or AGTI(Civil) or above level qualification
- Age must be 35 yrs and above
- Good knowledge of interior design , Auto CAD 2D-3D , MS Office
- At least 10 years experience in related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Must be a teamwork player
