An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Work closely with team members (developers, product owners, project managers) to test and deliver high quality defect-free software products
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution
Document all test results and maintain clear testing records and reports
Perform web and mobile application testing (functional, regression, usability, and performance testing)
Conduct API testing and validate backend data integrity
Design and execute automation scripts to improve efficiency and test coverage (if applicable)
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC/STLC)
Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
Stay up to date with new testing tools, methodologies, and quality assurance trends
Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, suggesting process enhancements, and mentoring junior QAs when needed

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
Possess at least 4 years experiences as QA (software testing methodologies, both manual and automated)
Experience testing backend and frontend services such as UI/UX, APIs, Databases
Excellent interpersonal, consultative and communication skills
Self-managed, proactive work style, and able to work independently within an agile team
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good to have experience in Myanmar typing
