  • Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Customize and develop Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Configure and implement standard Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and external APIs.
  • Perform database management, optimization, and troubleshooting using PostgreSQL.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Provide user training and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful ERP deployment.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Odoo ERP development and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.
  • Experience in full ERP lifecycle implementation is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
