-Expert in BRS/SRS, Architecture and testing specifications/ Guidance
-Work with other departmental staff to achieve QA team objectives
-Experience testing web-based client-server systems and web services in MS windows environments
-Knowledge of agile scrum development lifecycles and how they pertain to Quality Assurance needs
-Experience with finding the root cause of defects in a complex -Enterprise N-Tlered environment
-Experience with all phases of software testing(functional, integration, regression, user acceptance and release management
-Database testing for integrity and performance
-Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, often with changing requirements as scrum team needs may dictate
-Software Config Management/Version management
-The IT quality assurance manager plans, coordinates and manages quality assurance program
-Designing programs, policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of IT services and maintain the integrity of systems.
-Overseeing programming, evaluation and testing of new or modified software programs
-Estimating test efforts
-Analyzing and communicating test results
-Participating in day-to-day QA activities
-Creating, maintaining and executing rest plans and test cases
-Defect tracking
-Project plan project quality plan exposure
-Banking domain exposure is definite plus

-Bachelor degree in Computer Science or information technology
-Prefer Microsoft.Net, MySQL Server, PMP, certificate will be adventage
-Must have at least 5 years experience
-Strategic thinking and insights-driven decision making
-Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
