1.    Quality Control Operations

• Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where necessary.

    2.    Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FDA, and HALAL standards.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of QC procedures, inspection records, and audit reports.
• Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits.

    3.    Laboratory Management

• Oversee testing of physical parameters (e.g., moisture content).
• Maintain calibration and cleanliness of lab equipment.

    4.    Training & Supervision

• Train and supervise QC staff to perform inspections accurately.
• Provide ongoing training to production teams on quality awareness and food safety practices.

    5.    Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and reduce waste.
• Work closely with the production team to improve efficiency without compromising quality.

    6.    Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports for management.
• Report any critical non-conformances immediately to management for action

Qualifications & Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree ( better if it’s in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
