လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of tender quotation including taking off quantities, suppliers & sub-contractors outsourcing, costing.
• Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control.
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
• Prepare and follow up on the request for quotations to suppliers/subcontractors in order to ensure tender costing and technical data to be submitted on time.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Ensure all tender submittals comply with tender documents and specifications.
• To prepare Subcon contract Agreement for recommended subcon in reasonable cost.
• To issue Payment certificate for Monthly Subcon Claims under Contract.
• To issue purchase order to Supplier / Sub-con for site requirement.
• To prepare quotation by enquiring in market for reasonable cost.
• To submit Monthly progress claim to client.
• To submit tax invoice after received Client/Consultant’s payment certified.
• Coordinate with project manager for site progress.
• To evaluate the variation claims and final account.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Qualifications:-
• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Civil/Building Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in mechanical/electrical / building services design in Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore or Vietnam consultant firm
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
• Good know how of C&S and Archi works and costing.
• Self motivated and a good team player.
