Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage and operate social media platforms including Facebook and TikTok

• Create, write, and edit engaging content in English and Burmese

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams (local sales, local technical team, local multimedia designer, global marketing) to create compelling content

• Monitor daily social media activity, comments, and messages

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions, etc.)

• Prepare regular analysis and performance reports

• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaigns

Event Planning & Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including tradeshows, roadshows, product launches, and other campaigns

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for event execution

• Support on-site event activities and post-event follow-up

User Research Insights

• Conduct user research, including interviews with end users and channel customers

• Gather insights to inform content, campaigns, and product messaging

• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience in social media management, especially Facebook and TikTok

• Strong English and Burmese writing skills

• Ability to analyze data and produce clear, actionable reports

• Experience collaborating with internal teams across technical, design, and global marketing functions

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
