Main Duties
- Checking phone line and electrical Line and make sure office area neat and tidy everyday.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Handling monthly Meter bills , phone bills , internet bills and record
- Can use Fax phone and internal email
- Can handle and keep record for office stationary , medicine
- Record incoming and outgoing documents , letters and parcels by couriers .
-Can perform general secretarial and administrative duties instructed by Administrator.
- Help account department for bank transaction if needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Any graduate.
- Computer basic.
- Basic in English 4 skills
- Must have team work

What We Can Offer

Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:15 PM)
Saturday (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
Sunday and Gazetted Holidays are Off
