Job Purpose

Receptionist and admin assistant is to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serves visitors by warmly greeting and make sure they are comfortable Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains to monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders as needed (Liaise with Group Admin if need be)
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other related duties assign by HR and Admin manager

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Solid written and verbal communication in English and Burmese
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and outlook)
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
