• Welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner, ensure their needs are
attended to, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times.
• Manage and record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, messages, and
letters.
• Record and report daily and monthly attendance list of staff.
• Control the admin store for daily and monthly issue, including keeping records of medicine in/out, drinking water in/out, daily newspaper, and other supplies.
• Assist with daily administrative duties, such as filing, printing, scanning, and
operations processes.
• Assist with purchasing office inventory, stationery, and other office requirements.
• Check, list, and maintain the office inventory fixed assets list and report to the
Senior Operations Manager.
• Perform other special duties as assigned by the Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to
communicate effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as experience in managing and supervising cleaning staff.
• Knowledge of inventory management techniques and tools, as well as experience in developing and implementing inventory management plans.
