လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

Overall fit-out project planning and management work including A&A works;
Cost planning and budget preparation;
Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors on commercial effect relating to design issues;
Coordinate with procurement team for material supply;
Contract administration and project progress monitoring in relation to applying of costs, quality and time schedule control during construction stages of projects;
Handle payment assessment, valuation of variation works, contractual claims, final accounts and disputes arising from projects.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines;
Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in fit-out, contract administration, cost estimating and procurement of major multi-disciplinary fitting out projects;
Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
Good command of written English and Chinese, Good spoken in Mandarin and English and Burmese;
Good team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
