We are looking for candidates who have background experience in Pharmaceutical.
• Deliver the company business plan of Healthcare/ethical/OTC products and management agenda.
• Maximize delivery of sales and profit in line with company strategy for personal care/beauty and skincare.
• Meet and exceed Management’s KPIs.
• Timely inventory management (new, replacement, discontinued, promotion, etc.)
• Plan and project new brand launches with appropriate marketing support
• Identify key suppliers, access their knowledge and key capabilities to develop mutually beneficial business relationship with each vendor
• Negotiating with suppliers for exclusive new lines and promotions, that offer our customers choice and value while meeting price and profit targets and complying with company trading terms
• Develop planograms (planners)
• Develop a Category & Marketing Plan that works with Corporate Sales Plan themes
• Produce, maintain and keep up to date all product planners in line with the space allocation and store formats that follow display guidelines and merchandising strategy
• Organize Annual Category Review to Management. Implement the agreed outputs
• Ensure our company is complying with The Ministry of Public Health regulations and the Pharmacy Standards are met
• Review and implement retail prices that are competitive and within agreed company price policy
• Ensure the price architecture appropriately reflects product benefits and brand positioning in the market
• Ensure all sales plan information is submitted in line with the company sales plan timetable
• Effective evaluation of all Sales Plan activities is undertaken to build on learning experience
• Coach & Council the Team to meet required standards, their Category knowledge and expertise. Set clear Persons-in-charge, KPI’s, demonstrate ‘support’ ethics to all customers
• Spend adequate time in stores with the Team, listening to customers and store staffs
• Ensure monthly and annual stock targets are met
• Manage the Supply Team to ensure supply chain best practices and process
