- Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to MD.
- Built processes, procedures, policies and form with related supervisor that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Collect sales record & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales incentive
- Give support to staffs so they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales.
- Promote a customer care approach within the business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently.

- Proven experience operation manager .
- Any graduate, with related diplomas holder.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in related field, retail background will be advantage
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
